Music and the OP-1

Over the years I have made music of my own accord. After a childhood of taking lessons and never getting good at any instrument, I discovered LSDJ, a tracker software to write music on a GameBoy. This was more akin to programming than playing a piano, but this is what made making music click for me. Flash forward to now. I've released a number of terrible songs on my Soundcloud, and just impulse purchased a Teenage Engineering OP-1. 

What I like about the OP-1 is that it brings me back to the days of programming music on a GameBoy. It's an obtuse device to use but in a way that encourages exploration and obsession, which is my type of interface. As a result I have been frantically making as much music with it as I can.
